摘要
橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于整機(jī)的性能起著決定性的作用。因此,根據(jù)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的用途、作業(yè)情況及制造條件合理選擇機(jī)型,并正確確定各部結(jié)構(gòu)型式。這對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)、保證機(jī)器的工作性能具有重要意義。
本設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)總體方案設(shè)計(jì)及液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)查閱書籍對(duì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的了解。設(shè)計(jì)第一部分介紹了橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的主要組成部分,包括截割機(jī)構(gòu)、裝載機(jī)構(gòu)、行走機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu)四大部分。對(duì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的組成、分類、各類型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及選擇方式進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,并對(duì)其主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核。最后通過(guò)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了總體的校核驗(yàn)算。第二部分對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的定義及組成進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概述,對(duì)各機(jī)構(gòu)的液壓缸、泵、馬達(dá)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和選型,對(duì)所選型號(hào)的元件也同樣進(jìn)行了校驗(yàn),結(jié)果滿足條件。??

Abstract
Overall design of horizontal shaft type machine for the performance of the whole machine plays a decisive role. Therefore, according to the purpose of the machine, operation conditions and manufacturing conditions of rational choice models, and accurately determine the ministries structure. Technical indicators for the implementation of the machine, ensure the machine's working performance is of great significance.
This design is about the horizontal axis machine overall scheme design and the design of the hydraulic system, access to books to further understanding of the machine. Design in the first part introduces the main component of horizontal shaft type machine, including cutting agency, loading mechanism, travel mechanism, transit agencies. On the composition of various agencies, classification, advantages and disadvantages of each type and selection approach is illustrated, and the main parameters for the design and calculation and checking. At last, through various agencies data to carry on the overall check calculation. The second part of the definition of the hydraulic system and has carried on the brief overview of the various institutions of the hydraulic cylinder, pump, motor design calculation and selection, as well as for the selected models of components for the calibration, the results meet the conditions.
