摘要
隨著經濟的迅速發(fā)展及工業(yè)化與城市化進程的加快,城市生活垃圾急劇增多。垃圾污染環(huán)境,對城市居民的健康和生存構成了嚴重威脅,已成為社會一大公害,因此,對垃圾的處理刻不容緩。傳統的垃圾填埋技術已遠遠滿足不了社會對保護環(huán)境的要求,衛(wèi)生填埋是在傳統垃圾填埋技術基礎上發(fā)展起來的處理城市生活垃圾的較為理想的方法?,F代衛(wèi)生填埋場是一項相當復雜的系統工程,涉及許多方面內容。根據收集到的資料,對城市生活垃圾特性、垃圾填埋場的功能和構造、垃圾填埋場的規(guī)劃、選址及勘察、垃圾滲濾液、防滲工程、垃圾力學等諸多方面分別進行了闡述。
衛(wèi)生填埋是目前及今后相當長的時期內我國城市生活垃圾處理的主要方式。但按我國衛(wèi)生填埋技術、污染控制標準 ,目前國內尚沒有垃圾填埋場能全部達到要求 ,多為準衛(wèi)生填埋場。其運行后 ,對周圍的大氣及水體、土壤等環(huán)境將產生一定影響。
?現代衛(wèi)生填埋工程是一種安全、有效、有控制地處理城市固體廢棄物的方法,其涉及眾多學科,屬于環(huán)境安全、生態(tài)安全、工業(yè)安全、衛(wèi)生安全共同關注的問題。城市及工業(yè)廢料的衛(wèi)生填埋工程目的是實現減量化、無害化和資源化,形成一個安全、有效、嚴格控制、環(huán)境生態(tài)保護,經濟化、無害化、資源化科學發(fā)展的循環(huán)體系。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and urbanization and industrialization, municipal domestic refuse increases quickly and the environment has been polluted. The refuse has done great harm to the society, and threatened our health and living conditions. Therefore, some measures should been taken peremptorily. However, The tradition rubbish is filled burying a technology already having been satisfied with over without end, society protects the environment request face to face, hygiene fills in to bury the comparatively ideal method being that the rubbish fills the treatment city house refuse developing on burying the technology basis in tradition. That modern hygiene is filled burying field is pretty complicated one system engineering, relates to content in many aspects. According to collecting the data arriving at, characteristic property, the rubbish have filled the function and structure burying field , the rubbish has filled the plan , selections location and reconnaissance burying field , rubbish a lot of aspect such as percolating and filtrating liquid , defending against to the project , rubbish Mechanics ooze has been in progress respectively to city house refuse to expound.
Sanitary landfill is one of MSW disposal methods in the present and the future of China. According to the national standards of sanitary landfill technology and pollution controlling, home landfills cannot meet all the standards and are quasi-sanitary landfills. After a landfill has run, it will affect the atmosphere, water and soil. Atmospheric pollution by landfill gas is a very important aspect.
