標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩振篩機的總體及夾緊裝置的設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名：徐立軒 班級：0781053 指導(dǎo)老師：羅海泉 摘要：振動篩的研究不斷地向著標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化發(fā)展，并引入現(xiàn)代化設(shè)計手段，采用新材料、新技術(shù)、新工藝，其目的在于不斷擴大篩機應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，滿足國民經(jīng)濟建設(shè)發(fā)展的需要，并擔(dān)當(dāng)對外出口的任務(wù)。目前，在我國，選礦設(shè)備的種類有很多，機械式的占絕大多數(shù)。隨著選礦技術(shù)變得越來越成熟，新型的電磁振動式振篩機現(xiàn)在也得到運用。但不管對于實驗室還是工地現(xiàn)場，機械式振篩機的運用占據(jù)了主要位置。而標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩振篩機憑借其優(yōu)良的工作性能和方便輕巧的優(yōu)點也深受用戶的喜愛，所以，對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩振篩機的研究與設(shè)計變得越來越重要。本文設(shè)計的振篩機主要由電機帶動偏心軸運動，從而實現(xiàn)曬面的振動，完成原料的篩分過程。 關(guān)鍵詞：振動篩 篩箱 振動電機 指導(dǎo)老師簽名： Standard sieve vibration sieve machine's overall and the design of clamping device Student name:xu lixuan Class:0781053 Spervisor:luo haiquan Abstract:The shaker research unceasingly to the standardization, the seriation, the universalized development, and the introduction modernization design method, uses the new material, the new technology, the new craft, its goal lies in unceasingly expands the sieve machine application domain, satisfies national economy construction the need to develop, and takes on the foreign exportation the duty.
