河南機電高等?？茖W(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書支架零件沖孔落料彎曲復(fù)合模設(shè)計摘要設(shè)計著重介紹了制件的成型工藝，及模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。通過對制件的工藝分析，確定了工藝方案。并設(shè)計了一套正裝復(fù)合模具。在設(shè)計同時利用參考資料，確定了各工作零件的尺寸。并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。同時在模具設(shè)計內(nèi)容中融匯了沖壓模具的不同加工方法、加工工藝及裝配工藝，對初學(xué)沖壓模具模設(shè)計者有一定的參考價值。本設(shè)計從模具設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應(yīng)用 CAD 進行各重要零件的設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞：成型工藝、 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、 工藝分析、 復(fù)合模具．AbstractThe design introduced emphatically the workpiece takes shape the craft, and mold structural design. Through to the workpiece craft analysis, has determined the craft plan. And has designed set of true things compound molds. Uses the reference during the design, has determined each work components size. And many considerations mold structure adjustment, easy replacement and mold cost. Meanwhile has blended together the ramming mold different processing method in the mold design content, the processing craft and the assembly craft, to begins studies the ramming mold mold designer to have the certain reference value.
