some pictures, audiotape, puppet, model, CAI.
四、教學(xué)過(guò)程:
Step1. Revision.
The teacher and a student show adia
2、logue. “Where are you going? To the ___. It’s far. I ride a bicycle.” (通過(guò)師生間的對(duì)話引出學(xué)生間的口語(yǔ)交際訓(xùn)練,為運(yùn)用新授知識(shí)做準(zhǔn)備。)
Step2. Presentation.
1.Ask “Where are you going? To the____. It’s far. Let’s take a bus.”
2. “Car, truck, cab” will be say by students.
Read and spell a few time.

Step3. Practice.
1.Practice the new word with a game. “Guess the words” E.g. The teacher says the words quietly, the students guess what it is.
2. Use the puppet “Danny” show the dialogue “Where are you going? To the____. It’s near/far. Let’s take a ___.”
