摘 要
本文研究了一種新型電控液驅汽車的總體方案與液壓系統(tǒng)設計。新型電控液驅汽車能夠顯著提髙車輛經濟性、排放性和主動安全性等多方面的性能,是對常規(guī)汽車有較大變革的、 機電液一體化的髙新技術產品。隨著對車輛節(jié)能環(huán)保性能的重視程度的日益提高,具有良好 節(jié)能環(huán)保性能的新型電控液驅汽車顯然具有很大的市場需求與良好的發(fā)展前景。
本文所作的研究工作主要包括: 1.電控液驅客車底盤布置方案設計、分析與優(yōu)化。 2.液壓系統(tǒng)的設計與相關部件的設計與計算。3.對新型電控液驅汽車的動力性進行了分析。通過增加變速器改善了起動轉矩不足的問題。4.對新型電控液驅汽車的燃油經濟性進行了分析。根據國家標準中規(guī)定的燃料消耗量試驗方法,對變量泵的客車進行燃油經濟性的計算和對比研究,分析了其節(jié)能原理。5.將新型電控液驅汽車和節(jié)能機理相似的混合動力車進行研究。
通過設計,完成了新型電控液驅客車的總體方案與液壓系統(tǒng)設計。

ABSTRACT
In this paper a new technical scheme of vehicle with electronic control and hydrostatic drive is researched and its hydraulic system is designed.The new vehicle can greatly improve the fuel economy and active safety,reduce emission and so on.It is an innovational product with high techniques.As the increasing requirement .
The research work of this paper primarily includes;The arrangement of thechassis is analyzed and optimized;The hydraulic system is designed.The acceleration performance of the new vehicle is simulated and the starting torque is improved byinserting a transmission;The fuel economy of the new vehicle is simnulated.According to the testing methods of the fueling consumption of our nation,thefueling consumption of the new vehicle installing the constant displacement pump or the variable displacement pump is calculated independently,and the cause og its fuel saving is analuzed.The basic performance between the new vehicle and the hybrid electric is studiedThrough research.
Thought the design.Finshed the new technical scheme of vehicle hydrostatic drive is researched and its hydraulic system is designed.
