摘 要
沖壓木塊機(jī)在國(guó)外發(fā)展了十幾年取得了一定的成果，該項(xiàng)技術(shù)在國(guó)外已經(jīng)趨于成熟，而在我們國(guó)內(nèi)還處于起步階段，一旦獲得成功將填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白，發(fā)展前景十分廣闊。沖壓木塊機(jī)是由鏈傳動(dòng)聯(lián)系起來(lái)構(gòu)成一個(gè)整體。本文摘要介紹了木塊機(jī)的起源和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析了該機(jī)器的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)制定了沖壓木塊機(jī)系統(tǒng)的總體布局和結(jié)構(gòu)方案。同時(shí)還進(jìn)行了電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇計(jì)算、鏈傳動(dòng)的相關(guān)計(jì)算以及主軸的計(jì)算等。
本文以結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為主。

Abstract
Stamping block machine development in foreign countries for more than ten years has achieved some results, the technology in foreign countries has become mature, while in our country is still at the starting stage, once successful will fill the gaps, and very broad prospects for development.
