基于ProE的齒輪油泵三維建模的設計,基于,proe,齒輪,油泵,三維,建模,設計 摘 要 本文介紹了利用Pro/E軟件，來完成齒輪油泵三維建模設計。齒輪油泵設計主要從零件建模、裝配設計、機構(gòu)運動仿真、工作原理動畫幾個方面展開。用Pro/E建立三維模型及模型庫，進行虛擬裝配、動畫演示、運動特性分析，將三維技術融入機械類等課程，從而實現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)代化教學手段達到降低教學成本，提高教學質(zhì)量的目的。 關鍵詞：齒輪油泵，三維建模, Pro/E，計算機輔助教學，機構(gòu)仿真 Based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling of the gear pump design Abstract This article describes how to use Pro/E to complete the design of three-dimensional modeling of gear pumps. The design of gear pumps, mainly began from parts modeling, assembly design, simulation of body movement, the work of several aspects of the principle of animation. Utilizing Pro/E to establish three-dimensional model and model-base, virtual assembly, animation demo , movement analysis, three-dimensional technology will be integrated into the mechanical subject, which made it become true to achieve reducing the cost of teaching and improving the quality of teaching using the teaching methods of modernization.
